Revolutionary Struggle: Update on Nikos Maziotis

members-of-revolutionary-struggleFrom: 325

As you will know, on July 16 after a random check, Nikos Maziotis was arrested after a gunshot injury to his arm. From the very first moment, the bourgeois media attempted to present the comrade as a “social threat” and to devalue the political action of Revolutionary Struggle. In reality Nikos Maziotis defended his life and his freedom with gun in hand.

The media and the police tried to project a manufactured version of events where Nikos Maziotis was shooting indiscriminately endangering the lives of bystanders, which is far from reality. Immediately after, intense investigations and searches of comrades’ houses began and a manhunt was organized for Pola Roupa who escapes capture. Continue reading

Important clarification about the case of Jock Palfreeman (Bulgaria)

art-353-palfreeman-300x0From: 325

We add a clarification about the case of Jock Palfreeman. The imprisoned comrade has not taken responsibility for the armed wounding /death of the fascists that attacked him and the Roma he was with during the ‘index offence’ for which he is imprisoned. We issue this transmission to clear any possible errors contained in the transmission of the following article, and to take our share of responsibility for this error:

http://325.nostate.net/?p=10800
*Jock in self-defense seriously injured two of his attackers, one fatally.*

http://interarma.info/en/2014/07/11/boulgaria-enhmervsh-gia-jock-palfreeman
*During the fight Jock injured one of the fascists and killed another one.*

According to his own statements, Jock Palfreeman took out a knife in self-defense against his aggressors, but he has never admitted stabbing anyone. … Some people who support him usually write descriptions like “Andrey Monov was stabbed and killed and Antoan Zahariev was injured,” or “two of his attackers were injured of whom one died later from his injuries” – not indicating who the stabber was…

Continue reading

Kevin & Tyler indicted on federal charges

From: supportkevinandtyler

First, let’s acknowledge the timing of this event: We’re well aware that arresting Tyler Lang on an indictment of federal charges was coordinated to coincide with the annual National Animal Rights Conference and the Fight or Flight Tour fundraiser. It was the FBI’s blatant and clumsy attempt to scare activists, create divisiveness, and deter Tyler and others from the above-ground activism they practice. But word of the incident spread quickly—not only among attendees at the LA conference, but throughout the country’s network of animal advocates—and one thing is resoundingly clear: we’re angry, but we’re not shaken.KevinTyler1-300x300

Last summer, ten fur farms were raided in ten weeks, resulting in more than 10,000 mink, foxes, and even a rare bobcat being freed from certain death at the hands of fur farmers. And since the beginning of the government’s resulting witch Continue reading

Information about prisoner hunger strike from 18 to 20 July in Germany and Switzerland

92606From: Contrainfo

July 9th, 2014 – Update on prisoner hunger strike in Germany and Switzerland, in solidarity with prisoners in Greece, following this announcement:

Even if the Greek parliament passed the bill on maximum security prisons on the 8th of July, the resistance against the new prison system, and in particular the type C prisons, is not over… These prisons have similarity with the F-type prisons in Turkey or with maximum security prisons in Germany. Following the mass hunger strike in Greek prisons, a statement on international solidarity hunger strike has been sent around in different prisons in Germany, but the communication between/with inmates takes a long time. Letter appeal on behalf of John Bowden, long-term radical social prisoner, about the criminalisation of the Anarchist Black Cross (UK)

indexvia a comrade of Anarchist Black Cross Brighton:

In 2007 my association with the Anarchist Black Cross was considered a compelling enough reason by the prison authorities to prevent my release, despite the subsequent exposure of the lies manufactured by a prison administration regarding the nature and activities of ABC.

In the summer of 2007 following my transfer to an open jail, Castle Huntley near Dundee, after almost three decades of imprisonment, a prison-hired social worker at the jail, Matthew Stillman, submitted a report to the Parole Board in which he claimed I was linked to what he described as a “terrorist group”, specifically naming ABC, and had received visits from “terrorists” also linked to ABC. As a consequence of Stillman’s allegation I was transferred back to a maximum-security prison. Continue reading

Update about the second hearing of the trial against Gianluca and Adriano (Italy)

POSTER1_ENGvia fenrir:

On the 4th of July in the court of Roma (Italy) the second hearing of the trial against Gianluca and Adriano was held. Even though it was supposed to be with closed doors, a group of comrades managed to enter the courtroom in a moment of distraction of the security guards, in the initial bureaucratic phase of the hearing. They shouted strongly their rage against a proceeding which occurs in the complete absence of the accused. After some minutes they were jostled outside of the courtroom by the Carabineros [military police], while the judge pretended not to even notice what was going on. Continue reading

Update on the case against Mónica and Francisco (Spain)

monicayfranciscofrom refractario via waronsociety:

This Friday, July 4, a ruling was made public which confirmed that Mónica Caballero and Francisco Solar will be prosecuted for terrorism. From the judge, the cops, and the press, which are working hand in hand in this case, came the assertion that they “are linked to the FAI/FRI, an international terrorist organization ‘created from insurrectionary anarchist ideology’”.
